Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our T-shirts are made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means that production begins only after your order is placed. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and printing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Times & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe : 3-7 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7-21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates for our customers.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check the tracking information first. If there are concerns about lost or delayed shipments, please use the chat at our support team to contact us. While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, we will do our best to assist you.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for misdelivered packages. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement.
